John has over 15 years of financial services industry experience in operations and management. At Ruesch International, he was the Vice President of Operations (1998 – 2005), from 2003 to 2005 he also served as Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Ruesch International, he held the position of Director of Operations at Online Resources & Communications Corporation (1995 – 1998). John holds a Masters of International Business from the University of South Carolina. John has been a partner at Payment Metrics since 2006.

John has over 20 years of financial service industry experience in sales and management. At Ruesch International, he was the Director (2000 - 2004) and then, the Vice President of US sales (2004-2006). John began his professional career with Ruesch International in 1992 after earning a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University. John also held a variety of positions within the company including Director of Sales Strategy, General Manager, Market Research Analyst and Sales Consultant. John also holds a Doctorate degree in Economics from George Mason University. John has been a partner at Payment Metrics since 2007.
